Sci-MX Somatocri - Recommended Usage
This product works during sleep, which is when the highest level of natural anabolic activity takes place. Take 3 capsules with your evening meal and a further 3 capsules twenty minutes before bedtime. After one week of use increase weights during weight training and decrease repetitions so that failure occures at between 5 and 7 reps.
