HOW TO MIX: Add 2 rounded scoops (approximately 66.6g) of Synergy-ISO-7™ to 300 - 350ml of ice-cold water or 350ml of ice-cold milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Use 1 serving (approximately 2 rounded scoops) as a pre-exercise meal 60-90 minutes prior to workout.
Use the second serving throughout the day when required or as the vital post workout meal.

This is far the best all in one supplement I have used to date. I went for the Choc Orange and can tell you that it is 100% A1 product.Value Quality Price
