Add 2 slightly rounded scoops (approximately 55g) to 300-350ml ice cold water or milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Directions for use:
To fully benefit from PhD Pharma Blend 6hr, it should be used twice daily, one serving of which should be taken before bed for an effective muscle repair meal.

I have use the 6 hour blend for a year or so now and its good coz it keeps my protein in take up over night.
