HOW TO MIX: For a 100g serving add 3 scoops to 350ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.
For a 133g serving add 4 scoops to 450ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.

Directions for use
For best results, PhD Pharma Gain should be taken twice daily.
Simply add 3 scoops to 350ml of cold water and shake for 10 seconds for a 100G serving.
OR
Add 4 scoops to 450ml of cold water and shake for 10 seconds for a 133G serving.

The price is outstanding compared to other market leaders first of all. I had the chocolate one and it tasted nice and went down very well, but it didnt really mix that great. The results are decent, i put on some weight in muscle and can see the difference. Would probably buy this product again.Price Value Quality
