Protein blend (44% of the bar is protein) (Milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and micellar casein) These proteins are the best possible mix incorporating our proven beliefs in fast and slow release proteins and enabling our manufactures to make this bar.
Polydextrose - Polyols are sugar free sweetners sometimes known as sugar alcohol's used for added sweetness with half the calories of normal carbohydrates.
All other ingredients are for taste and texture.
