I've tried a few different brands of creatine, & can say that this reflex creapure is by far the best. A very fine crystalised powder, it disolves easily and has little or no taste when mixed with just plain water.( Although I tend to mix mine into my protein shake.) Worth the extra money compared to other cheaper brands IMO.Price Value Quality
