Product Directions
Recommended Use:
Mix 1 sachet into a 500ml bottle of water and shake well. To be taken twice daily, approximately 30 minutes prior to meals. Do not use after 4pm. Available in two great flavours, USN Xedra Cut Lava Sticks are a refreshing drink during workout.
Use for 5 days, then have a 2 day break from use.
